Running the cloudforms uninstall deletes all PV's in OpenShift Container Platform.

Issue

Performed the uninstall as described in the documentation, after that all PV's were deleted.
It is not expected to have PV's from all projects deleted. The uninstall playbook does a -n {{ openshift_management_project }} but since Persistent Volumes are a cluster resource it appears they all get deleted.
Ran the playbook /usr/share/ansible/openshift-ansible/playbooks/openshift-management/uninstall.yml.
