Cluster node is rebooted after fencing instead of powering it off even after pcmk_off_action is set to off
Issue
- Pacemaker cluster node is getting rebooted during a fence event instead of poweroff even after pcmk_off_action is set to off.
- What is the use of the parameter pcmk_off_action when configuring stonith device/resource.
