In BRMS 6.4.x, when loading a kjar from a local repo, precompiled declared beans are ignored and recompiled
Issue
- When loading a kjar, BRMS seems to ignore the pre-compiled declared beans included in the kjar.
- This is sub-optimal because substantial time is spent at at KieBase initialization time to re-generate the bytecode of all declared types.
Environment
- Red Hat JBoss Business Rules Management System (BRMS) 6.4.11.
