Issue

Suddenly dnsmasq stopped to resolve hostnames in OpenShift
- Issue started to appear at particular node, it was working until the issue so it's not a configuration error
- There is no obvious errors in dnsmasq log nor configuration error in configuration files
- Issue disappears when dnsmasq is restarted
- Failure pattern seems to vary:
  - Only TCP DNS query from pod doesn't work while other queries all work
  - All queries don't work
