Issue

Host controllers do not reconnect to the domain controller.
Host controllers eventually stop attempting to connect to the domain controller.
After bringing the domain controller back up after a period of time, the host controllers do not attempt to reconnect.
It is not possible to effectively use HA domain controllers in EAP 7.0.
