Metrics fails to install if not specifying image versions

Issue

  • metrics fails to install because v3.10.34 does not exist in registry.access.redhat.com/openshift3
  • Without specifying the image versions, metrics will fail to install if updating to/installing 3.10.34

    • 3.10.34
