Why is ModemManager service taking a long time to restart ?
Issue
- While rebooting a system, it is taking 3 mins in stop
ModemManagerservice and while booting up it is taking 5 minutes with a messageA start job is for the LSB: Bringing up/down networking (2min 2s/5min 8s). - Attempting to do a cellular disconnect (through
libqmi) on a Sierra Wireless cell modem causes a timeout from the driver.
