rhel7: smb.service startup failed when starting up the system
Issue
When starting up the system, smb.service startup failed.
According to the debug log, when starting normally, messages a) and b) are output, but when startup fails, only message a) is output and message b) is not output.
- a) Becoming a daemon.
- b) No builtin backend found, trying to load plugin
It looks like smbd has disappeared suddenly during startup.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 7, minor versions before 7.5
- samba
