XFS filesystem hosted by MD RAID storage hangs with no pending IO to be found
Issue
System hangs with many tasks blocked waiting for XFS filesystem IO completion. The console usually shows messages like
INFO: task xfsaild/md4:7513 blocked for more than 120 seconds.

- XFS
- MD Raid based storage
