The server is detecting only a few scsi devices out of many at system boot
Issue
- We are not able to detect all the scsi devices even on the booted system unless we are manually rescanning it with
rescan-scsi-bus.sh - System cannot mount one of the filesystems at boot time due to this
- System only scans two SCSI devices out of eight total at boot time
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.3
