[RHV] Not able to install `cockpit-ovirt-dashboard` in RHV 4.x.

Issue

• Installing cockpit-ovirt-dashboard is failing with Ansible dependency error even after enabling all Required Entitlements and Repositories of RHV 4.1:

Error: Package: ovirt-hosted-engine-setup-2.2.25-1.el7ev.noarch (rhel-7-server-rhv-4-mgmt-agent-rpms)
           Requires: ansible >= 2.5.2

• In RHV 4.4:

Error: 
 Problem: cannot install the best candidate for the job
  - nothing provides ansible needed by cockpit-ovirt-dashboard-0.14.17-1.el8ev.noarch
