Using distinct paths for GC and EAP server logs

Issue

• One of our applications is suffering from long GC pauses likely due to the disk on which the GC logs are written being flooded by (other) IO.
• As a workaround we would like to write the GC logs to a specific path (e.g. volatile memory) that is distinct from the JBOSS_LOG_DIR (where the EAP server logs are).
