RHEL7: sudoedit fails with the error "editing files in a writable directory is not permitted"
Issue

After updating sudo-1.8.19p2 and above, sudoedit failes editing the file with the following error:
$ sudoedit test.txt sudoedit: test: editing files in a writable directory is not permitted

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7
- sudo-1.8.19p2 and above
