What is the difference between systemd unit files configurations between /usr/lib/systemd/system/ and /etc/systemd/system/ ?
Issue
Systemd harbors unit files configurations in two directories:
/usr/lib/systemd/system/
/etc/systemd/system/
Also sometimes a specific unit configuration can be seen on the first directory but not on the second.
What Is the difference between the two directories ?
