Issue

In order to maintain a highly available CI/CD build service with OpenShift, it is required to keep the OpenShift nodes properly subscribed without interuption. The auto-attach feature is not reliable. It can happen that after expiry of a previous contract, the OpenShift node remains without proper subscription. This in turn leads to the HA build service to fail.
