RHOSP 11 to 12 major upgrade - Galera, Rabbitmq, and Redis fail after upgrade step 5.1 was re-run

Issue

  • After re-running upgrade step 5.1 which adds major-upgrade-composable-steps-docker.yaml to the deployment command, galera, rabbitmq and redis are not running on the controllers and will not restart.
  • Re-running step 5.1 removes the pacemaker configurations for galera, rabbitmq and redis but does not completely replace the configuration.
