Cluster fence agent is not working. Gives "FenceVdsVDSCommand, return: Test Failed, Host Status is: unknown" error message in rhevm logs.

- Why does the fence agent fail to work and gives this error message in the rhevm log file ?
FenceVdsVDSCommand, return: Test Failed, Host Status is: unknown. The fence-agent script reported the following error: Getting status of IPMI:XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX...Chassis power = Unknown
