an RHV-H was upgraded, InfiniBand network doesn't work but it was working before
RHEL-based hypervisor was upgraded, InfiniBand network isn't working at all

Environment

RHV 4.2
RHV-H based on:
- an ISO file RHVH-4.2-20180813.0-RHVH-x86_64-dvd1.iso or installed using following package: redhat-virtualization-host-image-update-4.2-20180813.0.el7_5.noarch
RHEL-based hypervisor with kernel-3.10.0-862.11.6.el7.x86_64
