Issue

On Satellite web UI → Monitor → Dashboard → Host Subscription Status or Satellite web UI → Overview shows some number of unregistered servers and after clicking on it, it will just show some different number of servers.
There is inconsistency with the number of unregistered servers on Satellite web UI → Monitor → Dashboard → Host Subscription Status or Satellite web UI → Overview.
