Openstack Scaleup/Update Failed with ERROR Unsupported file format
Issue
Director operations of either scale up/down, update or upgrade all fail with this error:
Deployment to server failed: deploy_status_code : Deployment exited with non-zero status code: 1 deploy_stdout: | ERROR: Unsupported file format.
