Provision call failed for routes and cannot get routes in project

Issue

• An OpenShift user having the role cluster-admin tries to add a service in a project where his userid is NOT explicitly listed, is failing.
• Provisioning a service isnt respecting group permissions
• user gets new error when they add a new route, however the route has been created
