Issue

Followed https://access.redhat.com/documentation/en-us/red_hat_jboss_fuse/6.2.1/html/configuring_and_running_jboss_fuse/esbruntimepatchfabricrollup
to patch Roll up 9 jboss fuse 6.21 from 621159 to 621216 (patching mechanism also been patched)
Karaf.version in the root and child containers are not correct after applying Roll up 9 patch
