/var/lib/pulp is not using much storage space after repository synchronizations on Satellite 6.3

Solution In Progress - Updated -

Issue

On Satellite 6.3, new repositories have been enabled and synchronized, however the amount of used filesystem space on /var/lib/pulp has not gone up as much as expected.

For example, several repositories have been enabled that have around 60 GB of total content, however the /var/lib/pulp filesystem is only reporting that 350 MB of space has been used.
