RHEL 6 Conga configures lvm resource with self_fence="on", where it should be self_fence="yes" or self_fence="1"

Issue

My cluster service with an lvm resource failed even though self_fence is enabled.
Luci configured my lvm resources with self_fence="on" instead of 1 or yes, as it should be.
Conga incorrectly configures lvm resources with an invalid value for self_fence

Environment

Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) 6 with the High Availability Add On
luci prior to release 0.26.0-37.el6, and configuring the cluster with Conga
