Why duplicate ARP responses are seen while running `arping` command ?

Issue

• Below is how duplicate responses are seen;

[root@localhost ~]#  arping -I bond0 10.0.0.1 -c1
ARPING 10.0.0.1 from 10.0.0.2 bond0
Unicast reply from 10.0.0.1 [00:00:xx:xx:xx:xx]  1.492ms
Unicast reply from 10.0.0.1 [00:00:xx:xx:xx:xx]  556.044ms
Sent 1 probes (1 broadcast(s))
Received 2 response(s)
[root@localhost ~]#

• Same behaviour is happening to only this particular IP(10.0.0.1) used in 'arping' command.
