In JBoss AMQ 7, how to create live backup clustering and load balancing?

Issue

We want to achieve live-backup clustering between two servers. Node one will have one live amq and node 2 will have its backup server and same node 2 will have one live and node 1 will have its backup server. So how can we load balance these four server with failover and also load balancer?
