In Red Hat Satellite 6 qpidd failing with [Broker] error Execution exception: resource-limit-exceeded : Maximum depth exceeded on katello_event_queue
Issue
- Unable to register new host to Satellite server as
candlepinis in suspended state - it is suspended since it cant send messages to
qpidddue to:

- restarting services alone does not help
