Libreoffice-calc crashes while saving password protected files in FIPS mode
Issue
- Cannot use "save with password" when saving as xlsx -- will crash LibreOffice
- Cannot open xslx files that are password protected -- will crash LibreOffice
- Cannot open ods password protected files -- returns "invalid password" error
