How to configure fence_ilo to power off a cluster node instead of rebooting?

Issue

  • We have setup a 2 node cluster which uses fence_ilo as the fence agent, in case of node being fenced out, we would like the evicted node to remain powered off. How to configure fence_ilo to power off the fenced node instead of reboot?

Environment

  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 with Advanced Platform subscription
  • Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6 with the High Availability or Resilient Storage Add Ons
  • fence_ilo as fence agent
