Unable to login to Hawtio web console after creating new user

Issue

I wanted to create new user to with readonly as privilege. So, I added monitor=monitor (username and password) at artemis-user.properties and readOnly=monitor (role belongs to monitor user) at artemis-roles.properties. But I can't login now to web console, it's saying Failed to login, Forbidden. Please assist
