Stack update not working
Issue
- After the reboot the VM status changed to destroyed.
- Now the application team is trying to bring up the VM using stack update but they are not able to perform stack update.
- We tried to create a new instance using openstack server create and its working fine.

The application team is using the following command to update the stack
heat stack-update -f <stack_yaml_file> -e <stack_params_file> -r <stack_name> -P 'pls=N+1
Environment
- Red Hat OpenStack Platform Version 10.0
