Issue

• When jobs are submitted to our print queue, they fail with errors like the following:

  D [07/Aug/2018:17:16:49 +1000] [Job 19526] PID 2325 (/usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftopdffx) did not catch or ignore signal 13.
  D [07/Aug/2018:17:16:49 +1000] [Job 19526] PID 2326 (/usr/lib/cups/filter/pdftopjlfx) crashed on signal 11.
  D [07/Aug/2018:17:16:49 +1000] [Job 19526] Hint: Try setting the LogLevel to "debug" to find out more.
  

• When we try to print multiple copies of a document using our CUPS server (for example, by issue the command lp -n 3 /path/to/file.pdf), only one copy is printed. The printers are using drivers supplied by Fuji-Xerox.
