Why the system fails to reboot with the error message (fileaccess_mod loading out of tree module taints kernel)?
Issue
- After upgrading the kernel to
3.10.0-862.9.1.el7.x86_64the system fails to boot with the error message:
fileaccess_mod loading out of tree module taints kernel
fileaccess_mod module verification failed signature and/or required key missing, tainted kernel
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5.
