MIQ/CFME: Unable to provision Windows 2008 R2 VMs and encountering the error 'Customization Specification [unknown product] does not exist.'
Issue
- Provisioning of the Windows 2003 VMs is working fine, however provisioning Windows 2008 R2 VMs is failing.
- Seeing this error in the EVM WebUI after the provisioning failure:
Customization Specification [unknown product] does not exist.
