How to install a new NIC driver in the overcloud images of Red Hat OpenStack Platform 10

This guide makes the following assumptions:

the hosts use new NICs which are not supported by the current RHEL kernel
no other NICs can be used for introspection and deployment
both introspection and deployment fail due to the absence of a working driver
for testing purposes only, a Red Hat unsupported driver from the vendor is installed into the overcloud images
