How to separate business process, task and event listener logging by using SLF4J from the server log on Websphere?

Issue

We have normal JBPM project which via building creates the kjar and we are deploying the kjar in kie server on WebSphere. From our UI application we are accessing the business process via rest api. We want to achieve is to make logging per kjar to the specific log file by using slf4j binding with log4j.properties. Or, at least, all the logs present in business processes, process and task event listeners should get created in a different log file in the specified location; than the server log.
