Hang in the unwind_next_frame() routine while traversing task stacks via /proc
Issue
One of the CPUs may get stuck indefinitely in the unwind code path if the active task traverses the stacks of other tasks via the /proc file system.
Environment
- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5
- seen on the system with many CPUs
