- RHEL 9: The System Storage Manager (SSM) has been deprecated and removed within the RHEL 9 release. See "Removed Packages" list within the "Considerations in adopting RHEL 9". The SSM was marked as deprecated within the "8.5 Release Notes: Deprecated packages" as notice for likely removal in later major version release.
