Storage LUN path does not recover during FC cable pull test with QLogic QLE2672 adapter

While testing FC cable pull test on
RHEL 7.5withQLogic QLE2672adapter, it was found that once FC cable is reconnected, the failed SAN devices are unable to recover automatically.- The issue is intermittent in nature and occurs with
QLE2672HBA firmware version8.03.01. - The same issue was not reproducible while using
QLE2672HBA with firmware version7.01.00.
Following fw errors were logged during FC cable pull test:
