Cannot open serial console for RHV HE VM
Issue
Cannot open serial console for RHV Hosted Engine VM (HE VM), errors out with:
- ERROR: Console 'c83cb51d-2b94-4917-9651-39f9ff300fcb.sock' is not available
- ERROR: No pty support, please enable at client side
