[RHEV] Why does Host became non-responsive while adding FC storage through RHEV-M?

Issue

After adding a new FCP storage the host became nonresponsive. Restarted vdsmd service and rebooted the host to make it UP in RHEV Manager. What went wrong while adding the storage which made the host nonresponsive?
