"WARNING [config] Unable to process deployment descriptor for context" occurs on JBoss

Issue

• Following WARN message was shown in server.log at JBoss starts up:

WARN [config] Unable to process deployment descriptor for context '/mywebexample'

or

WARNING [javax.enterprise.resource.webcontainer.jsf.config] Unable to process deployment descriptor for context '/my-ws-app'

or

WARN [javax.enterprise.resource.webcontainer.jsf.config] JSF1078: Unable to process deployment descriptor for context ''{0}''

• Getting the above issue / error for one of the war file deployment and the server is not starting up.
