Does Red Hat Enterprise Linux support Page Cache Limits for SAP server?

Issue

• Does RHEL have similar parameters to SuSE/SLES which can be used to keep SAP applications in memory?
• Request for SAP memory management, page cache occupancy, kswapd behaviour, etc patches into RHEL6
• Does RHEL implement the following kernel tunables:

vm.pagecache_limit_mb (/proc/sys/vm/pagecache_limit_mb)
vm.pagecache_limit_ignore_dirty(/proc/sys/vm/pagecache_limit_ignore_dirty)
