Unable to View the Request of a Service Catalog Provision UI Displays an Error

Issue

• When clicking on a request under Service => Request, the UI displays the following error:

Couldn't find Classification with 'id'= [miq_request/show]

• The service provisions fine, however, users are unable to see the details from the request
