Use a single persistence unit as both managed and unmanaged unit in JBoss EAP

- A persistence unit "MyUnit" is declared in a
persistence.xmlwithin<EAR>/lib/psunit.jar - Entities within the unit jar are auto-discovered for managed (e.g. injected) entity managers
