Newly upgraded RHEL 6.4 systems are unable to update with yum through a RHN Proxy.
Issue
- On new RHEL 6.4 systems or that have been updated from RHEL 6.3, yum returns the "Cannot retrieve" repository error.

- Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.4
- Red Hat Network Proxy 5
