Race condition in picketbox initialization

Issue

  • Intermittent problems when starting the EAP process (sometimes the boot fails with errors).

  • The start process sporadically fails with messages like the following:

    PBOX000048: Failed to obtain ApplicationPolicy for domain XXXX

PBOX000325: Authorization processing error: java.lang.NullPointerException
