Can I start a JBoss ON server in Linux using a user account that has no shell access?

- Can I create a service in Linux with a user that have no access to shell?

This account is currently not available. -
Unable to start the server when using an account that has no shell or command interpreter
Environment
- JBoss Operations Network (ON) 3.0, 3.1
- Linux
- Starting JBoss ON server using a user or system account with a shell of
/sbin/nologin
