From our understanding THREESCALE_DEPLOYMENT_ENV is used to define if the staging or the production configuration is downloaded but are unsure the use of the APICAST_ENVIRONMENT.
When is setting the APICAST_ENVIRONMENT recommended and if its applicable for native deployment too?
