  • The server with the following Brocade FC/FCoE HBAs:
Fibre Channel: Brocade Communications Systems, Inc. 425/825/42B/82B 4Gbps/8Gbps PCIe dual port FC HBA (rev 01)

and with RedHat-shipped Brocade FC/FCoE HBA drivers:

Brocade BFA FC/FCOE SCSI driver - version: 3.0.23.0

frequently and randomly prints the following warning and a call trace in the system log:
